TERMS AND AGREEMENTS FOR ENGLISH CLASSES.
We will begin to schedule English lessons where I will commit to helping you with the learning an improving of your English skills.
What I would ask of you is to agree to a reasonable schedule of appointment on a basis of one week in advance, because this is the most effective. However if you need more flexibility and time between lessons, that is certainly understandable, no problem and we can schedule accordingly. But in either case to schedule a lesson in advance allows me to reserve the time, which is most appropriate for you, and in turn to keep the appointment blocked off.
As a private tutor, my students are increasing and I can offer you two options:
1.You can make payment for each scheduled class with cash to be paid at the end of each prior lesson. This will in effect keep you paid at minimum of one class in advance. This payment secures your place for the time designated. It also obligates you as a student to keep your appointment; it is not a credit and is not refundable. Time is money and the success of my business requires a commitment.
2. Students who pay in advance take priority. If however, as a student you prefer to pay class-by-class, I cannot guarantee your ideal time. Because it is more difficult for me to allot a time for a class that is a potential no show, there is a risk of a loss of business. This is a small concession for a great inconvenience. Further, I can only permit one cancellation per student.
